Entevra is a Windows coding app that connects your prompts and selected project context to the AI provider behind the model you choose. The desktop release is in development; this website does not currently accept prompts, offer account sign-in or take payments.

The intended policy is simple: use your content to provide the service, not to sell personal information or train AI models of our own. Third-party providers have their own processing terms, which depend on the service and settings in use.

This document covers the website’s current preferences and the approach to information used by the coming desktop service. It does not replace existing account agreements.

Account details: the planned account service uses your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. Email sign-in uses a one-time code.

Your content: prompts, selected files and code, model responses, and the project context needed for a task. Relevant tool or command output can become part of that context. This does not mean every file on your computer is uploaded.

Usage data: model identifiers, token counts, timestamps and usage or cost records help operate usage limits, investigate issues and run the service.

Technical data: the hosting and service providers handle basic request and device information for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information, credentials or confidential material in prompts and project context. Send only information you are entitled to share with the selected provider.

When you use a model, its provider processes your prompt and the relevant context. Depending on the configuration, requests may go directly to a provider or through an aggregator such as OpenRouter. Optional web search may involve a service such as You.com.

Providers, models and routing can change. A provider’s retention and training policies depend on the API service and settings used; different providers do not necessarily handle data in the same way.

Processing can take place outside your country. Provider and transfer details for the desktop release will accompany the final policy. Sending data to a provider does not remove the responsibilities that apply to Entevra.

Local app records and remote account, conversation and provider records can have different retention periods. Deleting a local file or conversation does not automatically delete a copy already sent to a remote service.

The desktop release will explain its retention periods and deletion controls, including any limited retention for backups, security and billing records. No specific backup-deletion deadline is set by this draft.

This website stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser. Change it with the theme control or remove it by clearing this site’s browser storage.

The website does not provide an account session or conversation store. Desktop app preferences and local credentials are separate from this browser preference.

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, copy or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent where it is used.

Available account, export and deletion controls will be documented with the desktop release. If your region has a data-protection authority, you may also have the right to raise a concern with it.

The legal operator’s identity and current contact route for privacy requests are being confirmed before this policy takes effect.

Protecting information involves restricting access, securing data in transit, protecting local credentials and handling incidents. No software or online service can promise perfect security.

The final service information will describe the safeguards actually in place and how affected users receive any notices required by applicable law.

Entevra is intended for people aged 16 and over. The intended policy is not to knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. The same age requirement appears in the Terms of Use.

This page will change as the product does. The adopted policy will have an effective date and a process for notifying users about material changes. Publishing this review draft does not apply new terms to existing accounts.

Entevra is a native Windows app for agentic coding with third-party AI models. It is being prepared for release. This website provides product information, preview plans and release availability.

You need to be at least 16 to use the planned service. If you use it for an organization, you must be authorized to accept the applicable terms on its behalf.

The prices and plan descriptions shown here are previews. There is no paid enrollment or checkout on this website. Final usage, payment, renewal, cancellation and refund details will be available before subscriptions open.

Account continuity is planned around Google sign-in and one-time email codes. Keep access to your email and Google account secure. Do not use additional accounts to bypass usage limits.

Access may be suspended or ended for abuse, breaches of applicable terms, or legal and safety reasons. The release will explain the available account controls and consequences for stored information.

Use Entevra to generate or distribute illegal, harmful or infringing content.

Impersonate people or misrepresent who you are.

Bypass usage limits, rate limits or cost caps, or probe, overload or compromise the service.

Harass people or expose their private information.

Break the applicable usage policies of an AI or service provider.

Submit personal information or other material you are not entitled to send to a third-party model.

You retain your rights in the content you submit. The intended permission for Entevra is limited to what is needed to provide the requested service: process relevant context, send it to your selected provider and preserve supported conversation history.

AI outputs are not unique to you. Similar prompts can produce similar results, and an output may not be protectable or exclusive. Your use must respect third-party rights and applicable provider terms.

You are responsible for the material you submit and how you use the results. Content-use commitments are described in the Privacy Policy.

Model outputs can be inaccurate, out of date, biased or entirely made up. Check anything important before relying on it. Nothing here replaces qualified legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

For coding tasks, review generated changes and commands, choose permissions carefully and keep suitable backups. Behavior depends on the mode and permissions you select; not every action necessarily waits for confirmation.

You are responsible for decisions and actions based on AI output.

Models, features and limits can change when a provider changes or retires a service. Free model options depend on availability and provider limits; free does not mean unlimited or permanent.

No uninterrupted availability, error-free output or particular result is promised. The final release information will describe the service and support offered.

The final agreement will set out any lawful limits of liability and warranty exclusions for the released service. This review draft does not establish a monetary liability cap.

Nothing in the final agreement may remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

You can stop using the service. Account deletion and any remaining retention will follow the controls and privacy information provided with the release.

Access may end for a breach of applicable terms, abuse, or legal requirements. The final terms will explain any provisions that continue after use ends.

The adopted terms will name the legal operator, provide a current contact address and set an effective date. Material changes will follow the applicable user-notice process.

These review terms do not create a subscription, authorize a charge or replace existing user agreements.
